What are your hours of operation?

What kind of reports will I receive?

What if I want to cancel services?

If you decide to cancel our services, please note the following based on our Terms and Conditions:

  1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
  2. If a project is canceled mid-way, any refund will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed up to that point.
  3. Refunds will not be issued if delays are due to client-related issues such as unresponsiveness or delayed approvals.
  4. Outstanding payments must be settled before the termination of services.
  5. Additionally, either party may terminate the agreement in the event of a breach of contract or non-payment.
What kinds of payment do you accept?

Our accepted payment methods vary depending on your location:

  1. USA Clients (Post-Payment): For our USA clients, post-payment agreements are available, with the full payment cleared within 30 days of project delivery.
    All transactions must be made in the agreed currency, and applicable taxes (e.g., GST for Indian clients) or additional fees will be the client’s responsibility.
  2. Domestic Clients (India): We accept payments via UPI, NEFT, or bank transfers. A 50% advance payment is required before starting the project.
  3. International Clients: Payments are accepted through wire transfers or PayPal. For these clients, a 60% advance payment is mandatory.
